JKBOPEE BHMS Selection List 2024 at Government Homeopathic Medical College, Kathua (AIQ)

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the provisional selection list for admission to the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) course for 2024 at the Government Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Kathua, under the All India Quota (AIQ).

This announcement is in reference to Notification No. 179-BOPEE of 2024 dated 03-12-2024, and Notification No. 184-BOPEE of 2024, dated 10-12-2024.

Selection Process Overview

Following the call for applications, JKBOPEE received nine applications for this course. Out of these, only one candidate has been deemed eligible. The details of the provisionally selected candidate are as follows:

Reporting Instructions for the Selected Candidate

The selected candidate must report to the Government Homeopathic Medical College, Kathua, by 14th December 2024, 4:00 PM. The following original documents must be presented at the time of admission:

  1. Domicile Certificate/Resident Certificate
  2. 12th Class Marks Card
  3. Date of Birth Certificate or 10th Class Marks Card
  4. Category Certificate (if applicable)
  5. NEET 2024 Scorecard
  6. Any other document required by the college authorities.

Important Notes for Admission

  1. Provisional Admission: The admission is provisional and subject to cancellation if any provided information is found to be false or fabricated. Legal action may also be initiated in such cases.
  2. Concealed Information: Concealment of any relevant information will lead to immediate cancellation of the admission and imposition of penalties as per the rules.
  3. Fee and Additional Requirements: The candidate must visit the allotted college to complete the necessary admission formalities, including fee submission.
  4. Verification Responsibility: The college must verify all documents and the eligibility of the candidate before granting admission.
  5. Admission Counters Open on Holidays: To ensure a smooth process, the college authorities are requested to keep admission counters operational on holidays, if required.

Reporting of Shortfall

The head of the institution is directed to report any admission shortfall to JKBOPEE by 14th December 2024, 5:00 PM, via email at coejakbopee@gmail.com and helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com. A signed hard copy of the report must also be submitted.

This notification is issued subject to the final outcome of any writ petitions pending before the competent courts. All other terms and conditions remain as per the guidelines specified in the e-Information Brochure and previous notifications.
